No rush, on the Gran Via
We're on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, a few minutes from Plaça Espanya. Have breakfast at eleven, lunch at four or a late dinner: the whole menu is available all day.
The kitchen is open to view, and pancakes and waffles are made when you order them, not before.

About La Choza
La Choza is a home-cooking restaurant at Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 300, in the Sants-Montjuïc district, a five-minute walk from Plaça Espanya. We're open every day from eight in the morning until eleven at night, the kitchen never closes in between, and the full menu is served the whole time. So you can have breakfast at midday, lunch at five in the afternoon or brunch for dinner.
Our menu brings two worlds together. On one side, the Argentine cooking that gives us our character: milanesas, our signature dish, empanadas, provoleta, skirt steak with chimichurri and dulce de leche. On the other, local classics: tapas to share, paella, grilled meats, pizzas, pasta and hot sandwiches. On top of that, a full brunch menu with pancakes, waffles, bagels and nine set menus.
What makes us different
No fixed hours
The kitchen doesn't close after lunch. From 8:00 to 23:00 the whole menu is available, seven days a week.
The milanesa
Twenty toppings and three bases, beef, chicken or aubergine, all at the same price. Breaded and fried to order.
Something for everyone
From a 2,10 € croissant to a 300 g Iberian pork presa. Meat-free options, children's choices and group menus.
For every moment
In the morning, a quick breakfast before work or a slow brunch on your day off. At lunchtime, hearty dishes that won't break the bank: hot sandwiches, salads, pasta or a milanesa. In the afternoon, pancakes or waffles, or some tapas after a walk around Montjuïc. In the evening, dinners with friends, celebrations and company dinners with set menus and drinks included. Getting here and booking
La Choza is easy to reach from anywhere in Barcelona. Espanya metro station (lines L1 and L3) is about a five-minute walk away, as is the FGC train station at Plaça Espanya.
