How we build a burger

A good burger comes down to three things: the meat, how it's cooked and the balance of what goes inside. We start with 150 grams of 100% beef, a portion designed so the burger is easy to eat with your hands without falling apart or burying the bun. Each recipe then adds its own ingredients, from the classics to those with bolder sauces and cheeses.

It's simple: choose the recipe, then the base. The price depends only on the base, so you can try any combination without checking the menu twice.

Tips to get it right

If it's your first time, order a simple recipe with beef: it's the best way to judge the meat. If you already know us, switching the base is the easiest way to make a burger you love feel like a new one. And if there are several of you, ordering different bases to share works really well, because the three flavours are very different.

Burgers are served all day, so you can also have one at lunchtime, during the week or after work. In the morning they sit alongside the brunch menu.

If others at the table want something else

Our milanesas, the signature dish, and grilled meats come from the same kitchen. You'll also find pizzas, pasta and sandwiches on the full menu.

Fourteen recipes, four styles

Our menu has fourteen burgers. To help you choose, we group them into four styles depending on what you're after:

The fourth style is the doubles, for when you're really hungry: the Doble, with Edam, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, bacon and fried egg, and the Doble Misisipi, with a double patty, cheddar, bacon, barbecue sauce, onion rings and fried egg. They cost 17,00 € and are made with beef only.

Our house burger

If you're only going to try one, make it the La Choza: Edam cheese, lettuce, bacon, green pepper and cooked onion. It's the burger that carries our name and sums up what we look for in a good burger: recognisable ingredients, balance and juicy meat that isn't drowned out by the rest. With beef or crispy chicken it costs 14,75 €, and with pulled pork 16,25 €.

The Argentine touch

The Gaucha is our nod to the Argentine grill: provolone, tomato, cooked onion and chimichurri sauce. Chimichurri, a sauce of parsley, garlic and oil, is the classic companion to barbecued meat in Argentina, and in a burger it adds a freshness that cuts through the richness and brings out the flavour of the meat.

Burgers for everyone

• For children: the Florida or the Yankee, simple and without strong sauces.
• If you don't eat red meat: any recipe with crispy chicken, at the same price as beef.
• If you like it spicy: the Mexicana, with guacamole, nachos and hot sauce.
• To share as a group: order different bases of the same recipe and compare.
